Seized Whelk Pots for sale




Kent & Essex IFCA, using its powers under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (section 267 Disposal of objects seized under section 264), have 30 whelk pots they wish to dispose of as follows:


30 white upright jerry cans with upper surface cut out and lined with netting on a drawstring, concrete poured in the base. Each of these pots has 36 escape holes (25mm Gauge can pass through).
