THE RIVER STOUR FISHERY ORDER - SEVERAL ORDER APPLICATION BY WASH MUSSELS LIMITED

A proposal for a trial mussel fishery in the River Stour (Suffolk/Essex border) is currently being considered in a second public consultation.

Defra, the consenting authority for fishery orders, directed the applicant to consider a range of issues raised during the initial consultation in 2015. The original and new consultation documents are available to view on the consultation pages, linked here:
