New byelaw to protect fisheries and habitats in Kent & Essex district

On 16 April 2026 DEFRA approved a new Byelaw to  prohibit the use of bottom towed fishing gear in the Goodwin Sands MCZ, Dover to Deal MCZ and Swanscombe MCZ.
