The Tope (Prohibition of Fishing) Order 2008

 

Fishing for tope (other than by rod and line) is prohibited

If tope are taken on board they may be retained provided that live weight does not exceed 45kg per day

Transhipment of tope is prohibited

No person may land tope caught by rod an line

No person may land beheaded tope
